Just had a disappointing stay at a hotel on Broadway. LOVED the fluffy pillows, but the lack of sunlight in the room was a downside. Probably won't choose this place again.

They were so friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had. the rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities we could ask for, including a microwave and fridge. Plus, the beds were super comfy, ensuring a good night's rest. the location couldn't be better, right in the center of everything, close to Times Square and various major attractions.

One aspect that could be improved is the cleanliness of the facilities, specifically the ladies' restroom on the ground floor. It was not up to par with the cleanliness standards of the rest of the hotel and could use some extra cleaning attention.
